The Rules Of The Keto Diet That Beginners Need to Know When Trying to Try

 The core of the Keto diet is the menu setting of carbohydrates with minimal quantities, which is accompanied by sufficient adequacy of fat and protein consumption.


 The arrangement of a portion of the Keto diet menu depends on the body condition of each person, which needs different nutrients. Nevertheless, there are general rules regarding the portion of meals for those who want to try the keto diet.

 "Daily consumption consists of 70 percent of fat, 20 percent protein, and 10 percent carbohydrates that are less than 50 grams. The rules also load the type of intake that should be consumed every day,  "said the Keto diet practitioner Dr. Piprim Basarah Yanuarso, SpA (K).

 The intake type consists of vegetables with a total consumption of 10-15 grams. Another intake is food containing proteins, fruits, nuts, and other sources to meet the daily nutritional needs of 5-10 grams.

 Although setting the meal rules, the keto diet does not need to be stressful because it calculates the intake portion every day. According to the expert doctor of Obesity and disease in Eric C Westman, there are no specific dietary restrictions in the keto diet. A Diet that prioritizes consumption of fats and proteins allows the consumption of fish, meat, dairy, and various derivative products.

 But the keto diet requires the culprit to be wiser in choosing food sources. For example no longer prioritizes rice, fried, or fast food as a source of carbohydrates. This need can be obtained from fruits, vegetables, and other real food that contain carbohydrates. For the sugar-containing fruit, Westman suggests control by not eating too much other high-resonant intake.

 Westman says, various research has proved the benefits of keto-diet for health. Diets that help the body use energy reserves help reduce hunger and control appetite. The result of weight is not easy to ride which also suppress the risk of diabetes and other diseases.
