 Heart disease is still a frightening scourge in Indonesia, one of the heart attacks. Even his age trend has decreased at a productive age.
 One factor of the cause is an unhealthy lifestyle. But different from some countries that have the lowest risk of heart attack.



 Various studies have revealed that countries such as Japan, Korea, and France have the lowest heart-related problems of other countries, and due to some lifestyle that we can emulate, as quoted from the Times of India.

1. Fermented foods
Fermented foods are a staple food in Korea, one of which is the kimchi that is a staple dish there. Nutritionists say that fermented foods have benefits for health, especially the heart. Other benefits include boosting your immune, bowel, digestion, and helping to lose weight.

2. Eat fish

Japan and Korea always have the fish in the menu, so they avoid heart disease.

Japanese people prefer green tea or herbal tea compared to coffee. The tea contains high antioxidants and can maintain blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Green Tea also contains flavonoids that are good for heart health.

4. Not much eating red meat
Reducing the red meat meal has a significant impact on health, which is reducing the risk of developing heart disease. Japan has fewer red meat than other countries, so they prefer to consume fish.

Besides food, the secrets of Japanese and Korean people are active moves. They don't go to the gym or work out for hours, but often walk, cycle, or ride public transport. French people prefer to use public transport rather than their private vehicles. This habit helps overcome heart problems.
